3. Reservations and Payment

– Booking:

All reservations must be made through our website, mobile app, or customer service hotline. Reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

– Payment:

Payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods. Additional charges may apply for services such as waiting time, extra stops, and special requests.

– Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

4. Service Usage

– Passenger Conduct:

Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be the responsibility of the booking party.

– Alcohol and Smoking:

Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated vehicles. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all OpulentRide vehicles.

– Luggage and Personal Items:

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. OpulentRide is not liable for any lost or damaged items.

5. Chauffeur Conduct

Our chauffeurs are professional, courteous, and trained to provide the highest standard of service. Any concerns about chauffeur conduct should be reported immediately to our customer service team.

6. Limitation of Liability

OpulentRide will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, missed flights, or personal injuries. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the transportation service.

7. Force Majeure

OpulentRide is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
